FOUNDERS
JEFF GOLDBERG
Jeff Goldberg is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Gold Key Partners. Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge in finance, management and real estate to Gold Key Partners. Since 2014, Jeff has focused on commercial real estate development in and around the Houston market and southeast Texas.
MICHAEL BRADSHAW
Michael Bradshaw is Co-Founder and Partner of Gold Key Partners. With an extensive background in sales, consulting and management, Mike is the capital investor and handles investment management and operations for Gold Key Partners.

CONSTRUCTION PARTNER
FERMIN CARRASCO
Fermin Carrasco is the CEO and operator of Concrete Builders, LLC and is the construction partner for Gold Key Partners. He brings 14 years of construction experience. Concrete Builders, LLC has been operational for over 4 years and in this short time span have completed over 100 projects totaling $50 million dollars, on time and on budget. Prior to getting into construction, he was a Senior Vice President of Banco Popular overlooking 30 states as a bank lender.
